(COUPEVILLE)— The Navy says no Field Carrier Landing Practice operations for aircraft stationed at NAS Whidbey Island are scheduled to occur at Outlying Field in Coupeville this week.  Navy officials say flight operations are subject to change due to weather, operational and/or training requirements and any changes in operations at Outlying Field will be posted on NAS Whidbey Island’s FaceBook page.
