(MOUNT VERNON)— The Mount Vernon City Council will hold open record public hearings on a proposed amendment to city code and the acceptance of a loan guarantee when they meet tonight.

They will also discuss the purchase of replacement trucks for the Solid Waste division along with the completion of work for their 2012 Sanitary and Storm Sewer Inspection Project.

The Mount Vernon City Council meets tonight at 7 o’clock in Council Chambers at the Police Court Campus at 1805 Continental Place.
