(MOUNT VERNON)— The Mount Vernon City Council’s regularly scheduled study session for tonight has been canceled due to a lack of pressing business.  However, their Public Safety Committee will meet at 6 o’clock tonight in Council Chambers at the Police Court Campus at 1805 Continental Place.
