(KEYSTONE)— One new island home ferry will be built to serve the Keystone-Port Townsend ferry run. The state will accept Todd Pacific Shipyard’s bid to build one Island Home ferry. It will hold 64 cars and cost about $65-million dollars. Todd’s bid came in $16-million dollars more than a state estimate. It was the only bid for the contract.
