Skagit River flood talk
(Mount Vernon)- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers talked to community leaders about Skagit River flooding yesterday at PUD headquarters in Mount Vernon. The Corps has been studying the river for some time. Their conclusion? There’s no single measure that will solve problems system-wide.
