(Anacortes)- Anacortes joins Burlington and Sedro-Woolley in the scramble to control land use when they meet tonight. A federal judge recently told Anacortes they must issue a permit for T-Mobile to build a 116-foot-tall cell tower. In effect, the judge threw out the city’s ordinance about such things. The city council meets tonight to consider emergency interim regulations at 7:30 p.m. at Anacortes City Hall.
