Body is believed to be missing woman’s

(Mount Vernon)- A body found near Sumas is believed to be Dawn Ruger.  She was reported missing from the homes of friends in Sedro-Woolley and Clear Lake early last year.  Benjamin Price of Lynden, is in Skagit Count Jail while being investigated in the death.
