Open county commissioner seat

(Skagit County)- Dairy farmer Ron Wesen from Bow, will run as a Republican for the seat being vacated by Commissioner Don Munks.  So far, two Democrats have declared their candidacy, they are Anacortes City Councilman Bill Turner and Leo Jacobs of Bayview Ridge.
