CREAMY POPPY SEED VINEGARETTE
Makes 2 Cups
1-cup mayonaise
1/2 cup of white vinegar
1/2 cup of oil (canola, salad, vegetable oil)
2 tblspns. of white sugar (you can also use Splenda)
1 teaspoon tangerine oil
1 teaspoon of poppy seeds
Toasted almonds
Dried Cranberries
Shaved Parmesan
Mix well with a whisk, or a wand blender, chill and serve over fresh greens.
Garnish with toasted almonds and dried cranberries. Finish with shaved parmesan cheese.
