Baked Brie with Frangelica sauce:
Heat the oven to 350 degrees
1 wedge (7 oz.) of Brie Cheese
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup Frangelica, or hazelnut syrup
1 cup of brown sugar
1 package of crackers for serving
Heat brie cheese in warm oven for 7-10 minutes (until the brie is soft). In the meantime, melt the butter into a sauce pan, add the pecans and brown sugar. Then add the Frangelica or hazelnut syrup. Simmer together until all the ingredients are well blended.
Spoon the sauce over the warm brie and enjoy with crackers.
