King Crab Quiche
9″ pie shell
King Crab-6 oz. rough chop
Bacon-3 oz. precooked and minced
Chopped yellow onion-4 oz. fine chop
Sliced green onion-4 oz. sliced 1/8″
Heavy Cream-1 cup
Eggs fresh-8 each whisked
Swiss Cheese-6 oz. Shredded
Parmesan Cheese-3 oz. Shredded
Bell Pepper-3 oz. diced
Salt & Pepper-to tast about 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/8 tsp. pepper
Mix all ingrediants in large bowl and pour into pie shell. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 min. or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
Serve with fresh salad and roll for a wonderful lunch.
