Chocolate Fondue:
1 cup of semisweet chocolate pieces
1/2 cup whipping cream
Melt over a double boiler or in a fondue pan. You can melt the chocolate in the microwave oven, but you have to heat it 30 seconds at a time and stir each time you check the chocolate until the chocolate is fully melted.
For extra flavor you can add a tablespoon of your favorite liquor, such as Gran’ Marnier, Bailey’s Irish Cream, Amaretto, Frangelica, etc. (you must be over 21 to add the liquor).
To enjoy the fondue dip fresh strawberries, banana slices, angel food cake or pound cake, dried apricots, or anything else you like with chocolate!
