SHRIMP JAMBALAYA
1 green bell pepper (chopped) 1/2 cup water
1/2 cup chopped onion 1 12-ounce can tomato juice
3 tablespoons olive oil 2 pounds raw shrimp
1/2 teaspoon salt 3 cups cooked rice
1/8 teasspoon sugar 1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 teaspoon cayenne chopped parsley
1/4 teaspoon thyme
